Shipping
Our shipping partner is Canada Post. We receive slightly discounted rates from Canada and we reflect these in our chipping charges to our customers. We do not add any additional "handling fees" for our products. You pay for the products, plus the shipping, nothing else.
Canada Only
We currently only ship to locations in Canada. We expect to be be adding shipping to USA destinations later in the year.
In-Stock Items
We will typically package and ship in-stock items within 5 business days of your order/payment.
Custom Items
As there will will be production time involved to add the customizations, usually the later image printing, we will normally produce, package and ship custom items within 10 business days of your order/payment. For large volume orders, we may contact you and advise you of a longer production and delivery schedule.
returns and refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since receipt of your shipment, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Prior to sending us any products for refund, please first send an email to info@s3woodworks.com and provide us details and reasons as to why you wish to return your order. We will then issue you a return authorization number. See below for Shipping Your Return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days.
Replacements
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time you receive the shipment. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@s3woodworks.com. Often it is more efficient for us to simply send you a replacement item rather than ask you to ship the original to us. We will advise as whether we will replace the item free of charge. If we decide to replace the item(s), you will only be charged for the shipping of the replacement item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Sale Items
Sale items will refunded at the sale price.
shipping your return for refund
To return your product, first send us an email, along with a description of the issue, including images of the product as received which demonstrate the product defects to info@s3woodworks.com. Once we reply including acceptance of you return claim, you should mail your product to: 543 Scissons Cres, Saskatoon, SK, S7S 1A6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will include the price plus any applicable taxes paid at time of order. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
