We are a low volume high quality custom wood work shop.  We build the items and accessories that enhance your life, at home, at the cabin, even at the office. Coasters, snack and food serving boards, charcuterie boards, our Legend Rollers game cubes, home and cabin name and address signs, and other amazing crafty wood works.

THE WORK

We are a small shop. Everything we do has been learned from experience or necessity.  If we didn't know how to do it, we learned it. That meant a lot of mistake and scrap wood, and an end result of a process that works because we worked it out.

By the time  our products get to you, we have built a dozen prototypes. Given them away to friends and neighbors, gifted them as Christmas or birthday presents the family, and used them in our own homes. Then we document a product build process, build templates and jigs, and build to order.

THE PROCESS

We take the time to do it right. Everything we sell we already have in our own home. We take the same care and time through every step of the process, from selection of the wood pieces to the production steps to the careful packaging and shipping of your order. Hand built and hand managed all the way through.

Order

Use our handy website to place the order. No, we don't take orders over the phone. Yes, we have all the customization options built into the website.

Production

We don't pre-build any orders. Most orders are custom orders so we hold some inventory of wood and finishes then build your order after we receive the order.

Wrapping & Shipping

We give the products and their finish a few extra days to dry. When they are ready, we hand pack and take to the shipping depot.

Delivery

We rely on Canada Post to deliver your order to you. If you don't live where Canada post can deliver, well we can't sell to you.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS


We can make just about any product on S3WoodWorks.com into a custom product featuring your logo, your supplied artwork, etc.  This includes our cutting / serving boards, whiskey bottle racks, oak coasters, and tree slice coasters.

Use the custom products form to submit your images and then place your product order. We will double check with you before we start production to make we have it all matched up.
